Nominating Organizations - Directors

  • The following organizations provide representatives for positions on the ABS board of directors. When a vacancy occurs, the organization nominates three candidates for the position and the ABS board of directors elects one of them by closed ballot for a single six-year term. There are also three directors elected at large through an open nomination process. Directors receive no remuneration for their service. Additional organizations nominate representatives to our component boards and advisory councils - refer to this page.
